Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the product in accordance with our return policy.

2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Certain items (such as headphones, earbuds, personal care appliances, and clearance sale items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If the product is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts, a refund may be denied or partial refunds may be offered.
